My Account

  1. Select My Account and choose Update My Information. You can also click Edit Profile in the My Account box on the left hand side of the page. The Edit Your Profile page opens.

  2. Click the Email Address, Email Format, Phone Number and Extension, and HP Purchase ID boxes to change your information.

  3. To change your password, click Change Password. The Change Your Password page opens.

  1. Click the Password box and enter your existing password.

  2. Click the New Password box and enter your new password.

  3. Click the Confirm New Password box and enter your new password again.

  4. Click Change Password.

  1. To change your security question, click Change Security Question.

  1. Click the Current Password box and enter your password. (This verifies your authority to change the security question.)

  2. Click the down arrow in the Security Question box and choose a new question.

  3. Click the Security Answer box and enter the answer to your question.

  4. Click Finish.
