Search Results
The Search Results page displays the items that meet the limits you set. You can narrow your search by setting additional limits. You can search by category, best seller or preferred manufacturer.
To begin, narrow your search to include only desired items.
To search by category, click an item type under the Categories heading. For example, if you searched for highlighters, a returned category could include Liquid Highlighters. By clicking Liquid Highlighters, in the Category Name column, you can view items in that category. The number of matches returned in that category appears in the Matches column.
The best seller list displays the most popular items that meet the limits you set.
To search for an item by manufacturer, click a name on the Preferred Manufacturers list. All the items that meet the limits you set and that are produced by the manufacturer you selected display.
To view products in categories, click the Show Products By Category check box. The items are re-sorted by category.
To specify the number of items that appear on a single page, click the down arrow in the Items Per Page box and select the number of items to view. You can choose from 10, 25, 50, 75, and 100. The more items you select the view, the longer it takes the page to display. Once you change this setting, the system retains this number of items when viewing the Favorites, Contracts, Laundry Lists, Search Results, Machine Matching Tool, and Web Specials pages until you change it again.
To specify the page to view, click the down arrow in the Page box and select the page number.
You can also enter item comments. Click the Comments box and enter the comments for the line item.
