Use the Laundry Lists feature to place items on an order. This feature allows you to quickly view and choose items you commonly order. The dealer provides this list for you.

  1. When the Home page opens, click the Shopping drop down menu and select Laundry Lists. You can also select Laundry Lists from the Featured Items drop down menu.

  2. The Laundry Lists page opens.

  3. If the Show Products By Category check box is selected and there are more than 25 items in your resulting search, a list of item categories is shown, Adhesives & Glue, and Desk Accessories, for example. Click the category that contains the item to purchase. For example, to select file folders, click File Folders. A list of items that meet the search terms you specified appear. This includes the item description; an item picture, if available; item pricing information; and the item quantity. Click the item number for more information.

  4. If the Show Products By Category check box is not selected, the items appear in a list, including the item's description; picture, if available; pricing, and quantity. Click the item number for more information.

  1. To set the number of items that appear on a single page, click the down arrow in the Items Per Page box and select the number of items to view. The more items you select the view, the longer it takes the page to display. Once you change this setting, the system retains this number of items when viewing the Favorites, Contracts, Laundry Lists, Search Results, Machine Matching Tool, and Web Specials pages until you change it again.

  2. To specify the page to view, click the down arrow in the Page box and select the page number.

  3. You can also enter item comments. Click the Comments box and enter the comments for the line item.

  4. Choose the item by clicking the check box at the far left. To select all the items, click Select All.

  5. To the right of each item is the list price and the Quantity box. This box lets you enter the quantity of this item to place on the order. Click the cursor in the Quantity box and enter the quantity. For example, to order two, type 2.

Note: The unit of measure for each item is shown along with the price, Box, for example. Enter the number of boxes to order in the Quantity box.

  1. The buttons on this page provide several options for the item you selected.

    Save Items to Cart:     This button places the item in your shopping cart. Once the item is in your cart, you can either check out or leave the item there for purchasing later. When you add the item, the page displays a message that the item was added to the shopping cart.

    Add to Favorites:     This button adds an item to your list of favorites. By adding items to your list of favorites, you can quickly retrieve the item to order it again. To add an item to your list of favorites, click Add to Favorites List. The system prompts you to add it to an existing favorite list, or you can create a new one. To add it to an existing list, click the Add check box and click the Add to Favorites List button. To create a new favorites list, see Create a MyFavorites List.

    Compare Items:     This button appears if your dealer has enabled this feature. It allows you to compare up to four different items. Click the check box corresponding to each item to compare, then click the Compare Items button at the top of the page. A pop up window displays detailed information for each item. To remove an item, click the check box and click Remove Item. To view a larger image of an item, click Larger Image under its product image.

  2. You can continue adding items to your shopping cart or favorites lists. When you're ready to checkout, see Review and Complete Your Order.
