History
Select My Orders and click Order History. You can also click View in the My Orders box on the left hand side of the page.
The My Orders page opens, displaying the History tab. You can view line item detail for a single order or all the orders.
To view line items for
a specific order, click
.
To view line items for all the orders, click Expand.
Note: Credit order totals appear in red text and are enclosed in parentheses. In addition, when you print order history, credit information is shown with negative amounts (line Item extended price and order totals). On the printed document, the text also appears in red and is enclosed in parentheses as it displays on the Order History web page.
The line item detail appears.
To re-sort item information, click a column heading. You can sort by line number, selling price or quantity.
To print order information, click the Print check box corresponding to the order. Click Print.
To add items to your cart, click the Add check box corresponding to the item. Click Save Order to Cart. The My Shopping Cart page opens. See My Shopping Cart.
To add an item to a favorites list, click the Add check box corresponding to the item to add. The Adding Order History Items to My Favorites page opens. To add the item to an existing list, click the Add check box beside the list where the item will be added. To create a new list, click the List Name box and enter a new name. Click the Comments box and enter a list description. Click the Add check box.
When you finish, click
to close item detail for a specific order. You can also click
Collapse to close item detail for all orders.
