My Account

You can use this page to manage your credit cards. This includes adding new cards, editing existing cards, as well as deleting cards.

Note: This feature is not included in all software packages. For more information, contact ECIČ support.

  1. Click My Account at the top of the web page and select Credit Card Editor. The Credit Card Editor page opens..

  2. Click the down arrow in the Choose a Department/Cost Center box and select the department.

  3. In the Choose Credit Card Record box, click the down arrow and select the card to edit. To create a new credit card, select the New Card option.

Note: The ID box is for display only. It defaults to display the first four characters of the credit card type and the last four digits in the credit card number, VISA 1234, for example.

  1. Click the down arrow in the Card Type box and choose the credit card type, Visa, or American Express, for example.

  2. Click the Number box and enter the credit card number. Enter the number all in one string. You do not need to enter dashes or spaces.

  3. Specify the expiration month and year in the Expiration Date boxes.

  4. Click Save.

Note: To delete an existing credit card, select the card and click Delete. The system displays a message notifying you that an email has been sent to support requesting the card be deleted. As soon as it is determined that the card is not being used for existing orders, the card is deleted.
