Custom Product Mgmt

This page lets you view the manufacturers you have set up. You can add new manufacturer names required when you enter custom products, change existing names, and delete manufacturer names.

Note: You can open a window to display a list of hot key actions that can be performed on this page. Type H to open the Hot Key window. When finished viewing information, click Close.

From the Custom Product Management page, click View Manufacturers.
A new page opens, displaying all the manufacturer names and corresponding URLs you have specified. The (next arrow) icon appears beside the first name on the list. You can move this arrow up and down the list to select the names shown. To move the arrow down the list, type J. To move the arrow up the list, type K.

Click Add New Manufacturer or type A. A new window opens so you can specify a new manufacturer name and corresponding URL. Enter the name to be displayed among custom product details. Enter the Manufacturer URL or the Web address your shoppers can view to discover more information about the item’s manufacturer. When finished, click Add/Update Manufacturer. The information you specified is added to the list.

Click or type E to edit an existing manufacturer name. A new window opens so you can specify a different manufacturer name and URL. Enter the new name over the existing name. When finished, click Add/Update Manufacturer. The information you changed is updated on the page.

Click to delete an existing manufacturer name. At the Are You Sure prompt, click OK.

Note: Since this page can become crowded with manufacturer names, you can further limit the manufacturers shown. Click the box by which to limit and enter the information. You can use the Manufacturer through URL boxes. Then, click (down arrow) to the right of the box and select the filter by which to limit from the drop down box. For details, see Filtering Information. You can also click the Manufacturer and URL headings to re-sort the data.

When finished, click Dashboard to return to the Custom Product Management page.
