Custom Product Mgmt

This page lets you perform a variety of tasks for managing your catalogs and catalog items.

Note: You can open a window to display a list of hot key actions that can be performed on this page. Type H to open the Hot Key window. When finished viewing information, click Close.

  1. Click Site Customizing and click Custom Product Mgmt. The Custom Product Management page opens.

  2. Click Show All Catalogs.

  3. To open the Catalog Detail page, click the catalog name to view.

  4. Detail for the catalog you specified opens, showing the number of items the catalog contains, the number of items that are mapped to this catalog, and the number of items that are non-categorized, as well as the number that are categorized. Categories for some items may come from the back business office system’s contracts and laundry lists. This page also shows the Enhanced Content Provider (ECP) and whether this catalog is authorized as the current ECP product set.

    To categorize non-categorized items, click blue_i_icon.gif.

  5. A page opens, listing all the non-categorized items. Click the check box corresponding to the items to categorize.

  6. Under the Categories heading, click the category to use for these items.

  7. When the items and category are selected, click the Map Selected Products to the Category link. The non-categorized items are mapped to the category you selected.

    Copy This Catalog
    Authorizing an ECP Product Set

    Add Categories from ECP

    Add Manufacturers from ECP

  9. To return to the Custom Product Management page, click Dashboard.
