Global Settings

This page allows you to view and edit the preferences your site is set to. To edit the preferences:

  1. Click the Site Config training menu and choose Site Preference. You can also click Global Settings and select Site Preferences.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Click the box to change and type your new preference over the old. Leave a box blank to set it to the default value or message. You can edit:

    Max Quantity Per Line Item

    Error Message When Exceed Max Quantity

    Max Dollars Per Invoice

    Error Message When Exceed Max Dollars

    Default Order Taker

    Accepted Credit Cards

    Credit Card Polling Frequency
    Journal Limit for Order History

    Allow Customer Registration

    User Type Selection During Registration
    Edit Budget Link Text

    Manage Credit Card Link Text

    Allow Punctuation in Item Numbers

    Google Analytics ID

    Enable Site Linking for Google Analytics
    Use Backend Categories in Contract/Laundry List

  1. Scroll to the top of the page and click Update.

Note: If you are a LaCrosse dealer, you have an additional option on this page: Associated Supplies. If you enable this feature, the shopper can view the supplies that can be ordered for the selected machine. The item's price is based on the contract for the machine selected. From there, users can easily add the item to their shopping cart and continue shopping or checkout.
