Ranking List Log
This page works with the Enhanced Content Provider (ECP) feature. It lets you view ECP ranking icon list activity across all your sites. You rank your items using the merchandising products feature. For details, see Merchandising Products. For more information concerning the ECP feature, see About Enhanced Content.
Click Admin Site and select ECP Sync Log. Three sub-menu selections open.
Click ECP Ranking List Log.
The ECP Sync Log Site Ranking Icon List page opens, listing the CCI synchronization history with your current ranking icon list.
Four columns of information display: Site Name, List Name, Sync Status and Last Sync Date. Each column heading can be clicked to re-sort the data. For example, click the Site Name column heading to re-sort by site name from ascending to descending order. The system defaults to sort using the Last Sync Date in descending order.
Site Name: Displays the name of the site to which the specific CCI record belongs.
List Name: Displays the name of the catalog combination index.
Sync Status: Displays the status of CCI synchronization. If the status is locked or has failed, you can click the Requires Synchronization button to mark the CCI as requiring synchronization. Once clicked, the Requires Synchronization button is replaced with the Requires Synchronization text.
Last Sync Date: Displays the last date and time the CCI was successfully synchronized.
Since this page can become cluttered with information, you can set limits. You can limit using the Site Name, List Name, Sync Status, and Last Sync Date boxes.
Click the box by which to limit and enter the information. Then, click the
(down arrow) to the right of the box and select the limit. For example, you can set a filter using the Sync Status box to only include log files that were successful. Click the Sync Status box and type Successfully Synchronized. Click
and select the Contains filter. The list refreshes, containing only successful index builds. For more information on using filters, see Filtering Information.
Click
beside the column to view additional information. The Synchronization History sub-page opens, displaying the Modified Date, List ID and Comments columns.
