Map Products to the Catalog
From the Catalog Detail page, type M or click the Manage Products to the Catalog link.
Enter a keyword of the item, pen or file folder, for example.
Click Get a Product List.
A list of items matching the keyword you specified appear. Click the corresponding check box to add the item. You can also use the
(next arrow) icon to select the items shown. To move the arrow down the list, type J. To move the arrow up the list, type K. When the item is selected, press the Spacebar.
Note: Since this page can become crowded with items, you can limit the items shown. Click the box by which to limit and enter the information. You can use the Prefix through Changed boxes. Then, click
(down arrow) to the right of the box and select the filter by which to limit from the drop down box. For example, to limit to the manufacturer AVE, enter the text in the Manufacturer box. Click
and select Starts With. For details, see Filtering Information.
You can continue to mark as many items as needed. When finished, press Enter or click the Add Selected Products to the Catalog link.
Click Dashboard to return to the Custom Product Management page.
