Manage Catalog Products

This page lets you manage the items on a specific catalog. You can delete, edit, or add items to the catalog.

Note: You can open a window to display a list of hot key actions that can be performed on this page. Type H to open the Hot Key window. When finished viewing information, click Close.

From the Catalog Detail page, click the Manage Catalog Products link.
A page opens, listing all the items for the catalog selected. The (next arrow) icon appears beside the first item on the list. You can move this arrow up and down the list to select the items shown. To move the arrow down the list, type J. To move the arrow up the list, type K.

To add an item to this catalog, click the Map a Custom Product to this Catalog link or type A. Enter the item number to add or click the down arrow and select the item from the list. When finished, click Add. You can continue to add as many items as necessary. When finished, click Close.

Click or type E to edit an existing item. The Product Detail page opens. You can change the Description through Image boxes. Enter the new information over the existing information. For more information, see Add New Products.

Click to delete an existing item from the displayed catalog. You can also press the Delete key on your keyboard. At the Are You Sure prompt, click OK. The item is removed from the catalog list.
When finished, scroll to the top of the page. Click Dashboard to return to the Custom Product Management page.
