Feature Management
Use the Feature Management page to view the feature settings for your end user sites. You can view features for a specific site, or you can view features for all sites. You can also use this page to enable or disable a feature.
Click Admin Site and select Feature Management.
The Feature Management page opens, displaying the Site Features through Microsite Status tabs. These tabs display the name of the feature, a brief description of the feature and whether it is enabled for the displayed end user site. If the feature is enabled, the check mark corresponding to the feature is gray and the text True appears in the Enable column. If the feature is disabled, the check mark corresponding to the feature is red, and the text False appears in the Enable column. You can view the features set up for one site, or view a specific feature for all sites.
To View All the Features Available for a One Specific Site: Click the Site Features and/or Site Microsites tabs and click the down arrow and select a site to view, ABC Company, for example. To enable or disable a feature, click the check mark corresponding to the feature. The page refreshes, and the check mark corresponding to the feature turns gray or red - gray if the feature is enabled, red if it is disabled. The Enable column is also updated, displaying the text True for enabled, and False for disabled.
To View a Specific Feature for All Sites: Click the Feature Status and/or Microsite Status tabs. Click the down arrow to select the feature to view. Click the On option to view the sites who currently have this feature enabled. Click the Off option to view the sites that currently have this feature disabled. To enable or disable the feature for certain sites, click the check mark corresponding to the sites, then click Toggle Selected Features. The page refreshes, and the selected site is removed from the list. In the bottom section of the window, you can enable or disable a feature for all your sites. After you select the feature, click the Turn Off for All Sites or Turn On for All Sites button.
